‘As Product Director at Jestic, it’s my job to know our equipment inside out. I head up the Kitchen Experience center where I demonstrate the full capabilities of the equipment Jestic sells, taking clients step-by-step through the motions of using the equipment and of cooking fantastic food. I like to spend my free time either on the golf course, at the water ski club or out with friends.’

‘I work as a chef demonstrating the potential of our ovens, fryers and other gadgets, be it here at the Head Office in Paddock Wood during our monthly demonstration days or out on site at customers restaurants training their staff. Outside of work I like to cook a different cuisine every month to hone my skills and I also enjoy playing sports.’
