Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebæk are revered throughout Denmark as bakers of extraordinary quality and innovation with over 50 bakeries across Denmark. Now, Ole and Steen are taking on the UK market offering all-day dining with Scandinavian flatbreads, soups, stews, salads and luxury sandwiches on the menu.
The main hub located in Park Royal London is now equipped with two V-Series rack ovens, D-Series deck oven and two large tunnel provers. This will be the main source feeding the smaller upcoming London bakeries beginning with the new St James’ Market development which also holds a C-Series rack oven, D-Series deck oven and Fermatic Q4 prover within the basement, visible to customers.
With both sites opening just in time for Christmas, we can also expect to see more of these appearing around town with additional Sveba-Dahlen equipment.
