Jestic Foodservice Equipment were delighted to work alongside Alan Paton and team (Connor Godfrey, Ruth Hansom and Matt Wilby) at this year’s Universal Cookery Food Festival – the 'Glastonbury for chefs' - at Vallum Farm. It was the first time sponsors supplied the 300 delegates with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

BREAKFAST

Breakaccia proofed in the Henny Penny HHC-993 and baked in the Woodstone Mt Adams
Oranges injected with blackcurrant cordial, beetroot and prosecco then juiced on the Zumex Essential Pro Podium.

LUNCH

Black n blue beef brined in local beer with blue cheese and white chocolate roll and cooked on the Josper HJX45L
Burgers grilled on the Josper Parilla BC2-EM

DINNER

Slow cooked rolled lamb on the Winston Cvap CAC503 then finished on Josper Parilla BC2-EM with flatbreads baked in the Woodstone Mt. Adams.

Congratulations to Rob Alsworth who won #NameThatJosper with “England Cricket - because we already had the Ashes". Rob Alsworth has won a day in our development kitchen with Jestic product director and Josper expert, Michael Eyre.
