Desco foodservice equipment is an Italian range of cooking equipment that offers a complete line of products ranging from Pasta Cookers, Oven Ranges, Free Standing Fryers, Griddles, and Bain Maries. All manufactured in Stainless steel, and available in electric or gas, the 700 series is all 700mm deep and made up of standard single modules of 350mm wide or 700mm widths. Desco have been leaders in the manufacture and supply of quality pasta cookers for over 30 years. The units are all available in gas or electric, 2 depths of unit, 700mm or 900mm, and in single or double versions. Each cooker has its own built in water supply and waste overflow, the cabinets are designed to keep the water boiling and free from starch when cooking the pasta, a range of baskets are also available, and the option of automatic timed baskets lifts are also available.
