The new Special Market range of spatchcock chicken rotisseries allow for open style cooking.
Rotisol rotisseries are equipped with a rotary/alternating motors, offering you a choice of two cooking styles.
In the normal rotary setting the rotisserie will cook spitted chickens perfectly. In the alternating setting, the machine allows users to cook spatchcock chickens.
When using this setting, the motor turns the chicken 180 degrees, stops for 20 seconds, before turning again. This process dramatically cuts cooking times to approximately 20 minutes for a chicken weighing a kilo.
The benefits of cooking a spatchcock chicken include increased chicken volumes and more significantly, savings on energy costs.
