‘My title is Service–Coordinator and my role is to log service calls when the customer rings in or e-mails to Jestic report an equipment breakdown. I liaise with the repair companies to ensure the engineers attend promptly, the repairs are completed and parts are fitted if required. My aim is to resolve any and all issues as promptly and efficiently as possible for our customers. In my spare time I like to eat out, particularly Indian Curry at my local restaurant where I am now on first name terms! I go to Zumba twice a week; it is a fun way to exercise.’
