TEST KITCHEN
Operated by our Chef Michael Eyre the Jestic test kitchen is the perfect place to try out any piece of our equipment or menu item you may have in mind. Your welcome to bring along your own food ingredients or alternatively tell us what you're trying to create and we'll happily supply everything including ideas.
Michael has worked in many styles of kitchens from residential homes and private hospitals to golf clubs and high class traditional restaurants including Knoll Park Golf Club and The Middle House Hotel, and has also been involved in the menu & concept development of many of the well known High Street names. Michael has many years experience in the development field and is more than willing to share his skills whether it is on a 7ft full gas Wood Stone oven or the smallest deck or conveyor oven.
