Rain couldn't dampen the spirits at UCFF 2019, which was once again a hugely enjoyable day and a unique chance to catch-up with colleagues, meet suppliers and to discuss some of the hot topics in the industry.
We hope you enjoyed the delicious food which was expertly prepared throughout the day using a variety of Jestic's own equipment including: solid fuel cooking on the Josper and Alfa Pro ovens; and the high performance Henny Penny pressure fryer.
Congratulations also to Colin Wheeler-James, Executive Development Chef and owner of the Ground Up Cookery School, who won the Vitamix Vita-Prep 3 in our UCFF competition. Colin has wasted no time putting his Vita-Prep 3 into use, creating chorizo crumb which he added into chorizo and manchego croquettes - delicious!
