Bread is one of of the United Kingdoms most favourite foods! 99% of households are buying bread and we are passionate about a variety of high quality breads. As humans we are interested in trying new recipes, this could be the reason why there are over 200 varieties of different bread produced for us to enjoy. Freshly baked farmhouse loaves, sour dough, ciabatta and golden baguettes might be some of the breads which are high on your favourite list. How many different types of breads can you name? This week Jestic have been giving bakers who wish to take the next step and bake real bread using commercial equipment. 206 pieces of bread out of 26kg of dough was produced in less than 2 hours.
