Celebrating Equipment Excellence with Josper and Irinox

Jestic Foodservice Equipment is proud to announce that two of the market-leading brands it represents in the UK, Irinox and Josper, have achieved success at this year’s Product Excellence Awards from The Caterer.

It was announced at a ceremony held on Thursday 3rd December at Dartmouth House, Mayfair that the Irinox MultiFresh 25.1 had claimed the top spot in the Refrigeration category, whilst the Josper Parrilla Grill excelled in the Frying & Grilling category.

The winners were chosen by industry experts, who had discussed and debated almost one hundred different equipment models in a five day judging session earlier in the year.

Utilising unique features including the MyA Panel – a touch control system which makes for extremely user-friendly operation – the Irinox MultiFresh 25.1 is versatile with operating cycles ranging from +85C to -40C, and is compact in footprint, making it the ideal refrigeration solution for a multitude of outlets. By contrast, the Parrilla Grill from solid fuel oven specialist Josper takes open grilling to a new level; drawing on traditions from Spanish cooking, the Parilla Grill is an indoor barbecue with a fully adjustable air vent and turbo fan for ultimate control and flexibility, which assists operators in creating dishes with unique flavours.

It is these features that have made the MultiFresh 25.1 and the Parrilla Grill winning products in the 2015 Product Excellence Awards.
