Jestic launches Jestic Technical Services


As sole UK distributors for a variety of brand, our customers expect the reassurance of comprehensive after-sales service. This is why we created Jestic Technical Services; a new name and identity for the service element of our business, which incorporates the heritage and expertise of recent acquisitions, Servequip Assistance and Hugall Services. 

Customers need to be confident there is always someone available, either on the phone or in person, who can take care of any issue that might arise during operation. They need to trust that we understand their businesses and that one of our engineers quipped with the right spares and expertise can get the product up and running again.

Benefits of having an aftercare solution for existing and new customers

It's not just about having an engineer available should an issue arise, but just as importantly about having a regular preventative maintenance schedule to reduce the chance of this happening. Preventative maintenance also ensures any appliance operates as efficiently as the first day it was installed. A planned after-care solution gives customers priority response, legislation advice and compliance and a first-time fix rate of almost 90%.

The larger chains and national accounts definitely appreciate and realise the advantages of a comprehensive aftercare solution, which focuses on preventative maintenance. New-start businesses often question it initially, but any unexpected hiccup in equipment performance ca be a stark reminder.

Fixed rates and response times

Jestic Technical Services has a first-time fix target of 90% and a response target of 95%. The latter is defined by the customer's contract, but it a vary from as little as four hours up to the next day.

We are never complacent about these achievements and, was we work more with facilitates management companies, we constantly strive to seek ways to improve overall performance.

Alongside this, we only use official OEM parts and supply factory-trained engineers who really understand the equipment. Because of this, we are proud to have achieved first-time fixed rates of 88% in the past year.
